Trump is working on a plan to restructure the Central Intelligence Agency, cutting back on staff.
He wants to reassign a lot of those desk people from Virginia to posts around the world so they can do field work.
Wouldn't their pasty white complexions be a give away?
Maybe he is going to run them through a tanning booth first.
