I wish I had a new job. I gotta get my butt in gear.

He has all the motivators--the fish thing, the not-right feeling, the tether's end.

I wonder what gear I should get my butt in? First gear? Or can I put it in neutral and just roll it down the hill?

This is going to be a long job search!
