Singaporeans use a lot of their CPF to pay for their HDB, and when they have to take a housing loan we also make money by taking the CPF funds of other Singaporeans (who still have money in their CPF accounts that have not been used to pay for HDB) at 2.5 % and charging 2.6 % on the housing loans | |
